And I want to talk about lived experience.

I know I've talked about lived experience before.

I know I've talked about it a lot, but I want to talk about it in a different way.

I'm going to talk about what it is, and I want to talk about how it actually expands beyond

woke and it's becoming a kind of dominant way of thinking among almost everybody,

but especially younger people right now. So I hope younger people will listen to this and get this

message, especially younger conservatives who are falling into it without it being called

lived experience, which they would recognize. So what is this idea of lived experience?

Where does it come from in the woke?

We all know that's central, that we have to favor people's lived experience,

as though their lived experience as somehow some kind of knowledge.

It's just as good as the truth or science or facts or whatever,

and we know that's not the case.

What is it?

So lived experience actually kind of enters into the phenomenon of what we think of as woke

in a very significant way in one of two places, depending on how you want to calculate that.

I don't know exactly where the term began to be used as common parlance,

probably further down the track in the American setting.

But at any rate, Paulo Ferreides' Brazilian Marxist take on education is kind of the most important
