Here's a recent exemplar of the typical schedule broken down on an hourly basis of an employee in the West today. So let me read it for you. You ready?

From 8 to 9 a.m. complete a diversity inclusion and an equity statement that

highlights how you are an ally of marginalized groups.

From 9 to 10 a.m. reflect on why your children are white devils.

It's just a self-reflection, an introspective exercise.

From 10 to 11, attend a mandatory seminar on white rage.

From 11 to noon, attend a mandatory seminar on why all men are toxic.

At lunch, reflect on how your local cuisine is a form of culinary genocide.

From one to two fill out a productivity report of what

you did from 8 to 1 p.m. From 2 to 3 write a letter of apology for being a colonizer even if you are an escapee from religious persecution.

From 3 to 4 p.m. attend a mandatory seminar on why science is a privileged white way of knowing.

From 4 to 5 PM, attend a mandatory seminar on gender theory and fluid sexuality.

Five o'clock you leave work. Once you leave work make sure to use your time at

home to discuss why you, your wife, and your children are disgusting colonizers who raped

Mother Earth, promulgated white privilege, and espoused heteronormative stereotypes.

Now you might think that during sleep you are free of the onerous responsibilities placed on your

shoulders, no.

Finally, make sure to self-flagellate when dreaming.

There you have it, folks. This is a wonderful template for creating productive merit for creating productive meritocratic societies where individual dignity, personal agency, equality under the law, science, and reason will continue to flourish.
