Okay, on today's show, we do want to talk about the sort of, as Nando described to me yesterday over tech, he said they're kind of playing a game of chicken between the corporatist, conservative Democrats and the progressive side of the party.

You know, this thing is getting down to the nitty gritty here when it comes to the

infrastructure bill.

So we'll give you guys the latest and greatest from that.

But first, you know, we would be remiss if we didn't come on today's show, Nando,

me being a first generation Haitian American, child of two

Haitian immigrants. If we didn't talk about the asylum seekers down at the southern border,

Haitian refugees who have basically tried to come to America via Mexico, seeking asylum,

seeking shelter from the rain, from the poverty, from the, you know, the violence, from the food insecurity, from the lack of governance, as Haiti doesn't have a government right now, from just a horrible earthquake a natural disaster rocked the

countryside uh just a terrible list of circumstances in that country which it's important to note

right uh it's not just that it's horrible circumstances in the country. It's horrible
