piece gets written about the NFL and their lack of diversity hiring in

their head coaching ranks. And he was like, I didn't want to do the same old piece that

comes out every single February. And so I decided this would be a more pronounced, it's, you know, way hard of work.

He's kind of been working on this for like, what, like a year and change.
