at the recent conference for the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship,

Arc for short.

The Arc Conference was held in London.

ARC is a relatively new international organization.

It began this past June.

Their mission is to, quote, replace a sense of division and drift within conservatism and Western society at large

with a renewed cohesion and purpose. Bishop Barron gave a talk titled,

What is the True Nature of Freedom? In the talk he shares how freedom

for excellence is not about self-determination. It is about the disciplining of desire so as to make the achievement of the good first possible and then effortless.
