Hey Brandon, always a joy to be on with you.

Hey, let me ask you this. I like to ask you every now and then, what are you reading these

days? You end in any good books?

Well, I think I mentioned last time I'm listening to Goal with the Wind. So when I'm in the car,

I'm listening to this great sprawling novel. Speaking of sprawling novels on a recent

plane trip, I had this long plane trip to Ireland, I brought Anthony Burgess's book called

Earthly Powers, which I read many years ago, but I stumbled on it on my bookshelf and I thought,

I'm going to bring that again on the plane. So I've been reading that. I just finished the Scott

Hanz new commentary on Romans. It's coming out in a few months, but I'm doing a blur for it.

So I just finished that and then I just finished a number of Flannier O'Connor. I really ploughed

through her letters called the Habitat Being. Which fright next to my bed? I think Earthly Powers

is up there and I don't know, I read a number of things at the same time.

Great. Listen, today we're going to talk about five reasons we

don't evangelize. I don't think we've really talked much about about it on this show and I'm

talking about the Dave Rubin interview you did. So I don't know how many months ago that was,

you were invited to be on the show of Dave Rubin. Dave's kind of, in many ways, the antithesis of

you. He's a young liberal man who's married to another man who probably disagrees with you

politically and certainly religiously. He's an outspoken atheist agnostic. But he invited you on

a show to have a charitable dialogue about religion and morality. Lots and lots of people were
