| 0:16.7 | Now, it's been a few weeks since you took a trip to Rome for a big event celebrating |
| 0:22.6 | the Jubilee year of Mercy. We haven't had a chance to talk about that, so give us a |
| 0:27.5 | little summary of what went on. Why were you invited and what happened? |
| 0:31.0 | Yeah, it was really exciting. It was part of Pope Francis Jubilee year of Mercy, and |
| 0:35.5 | he's having Jubilee's for the various groups. So he had Deacons just before the priest. |
| 0:42.1 | Just recently he had circus performers. So Jubilee for them. Well, I was there for the |
| 0:47.4 | priest visit in very early June, and he had speakers come in to address the major language |
| 0:53.3 | group. So I addressed the English speaking priest, and about 0800 or so came to the beautiful |
| 0:59.2 | church of San Andrea de la Valle right in the heart of Rome. And I gave them a half-hour |
| 1:03.3 | talk on the woman at the well, and then I celebrated Mass for them. And then the next |
| 1:09.3 | day, the Pope addressed all the priests in different settings around Rome. And then |
| 1:13.7 | the third day, there was a big Mass at the end with Pope Francis, and about I think |
| 1:18.5 | I were 6,000 priests were there in total. So it was a very exciting time. I also met |
| 1:24.1 | with all kinds of people that I have good friends in Rome, and then I had a chance to meet |
| 1:29.2 | with Cardinal Rilco, who is the head of the Council for the Lady, which runs World Youth |
| 1:34.4 | Day, because I'll be speaking there a little bit later. I also met with Cardinal LaVeta, |
| 1:40.3 | who is an Angelino. So we talked a lot about Los Angeles. He's now the retired director |
| 1:46.6 | of the CDF, the congregation of the doctrine of the faith. And Cardinal Harvey, I met with |
