20 minutes from now, we'll be joined by Nick Costos with his thoughts on last night's Packers' victory over the Washington commanders, 2718. Green Bay now 2 and O, is it time to panic in Washington? I don't think so. I didn't talk a whole lot about the commanders in the first second. In fact, I didn't talk anything about the Washington commanders. I'll do a little bit with Nick coming up in the next hour. I don't think it's panic time. I just think they ran up against a really good team. And sometimes when you go up against a good team, you get beat down. That's what happens. Like I'm not saying like, oh, now it's time to sell their commander stock or oh, Jane and Daniels regression. Come on, pump the brakes. I think he's going to be a fine. He's kind of looked how he looked last year. Like, yeah, the big plays aren't there maybe or the numbers aren't there. But I think the commanders

will be a okay. They're going to be all right. Now, they can't afford to drop games like next week to

the Raiders, which secretly, not even secretly, like outwardly, I hope they do drop that game as

someone who's very invested in the Las Vegas Raiders success this year. But that's like a must win for Washington. When you look at the rest of the schedule, it's not super easy. So commanders panic, no, we're not there. Not even, we're on zero levels of depth. There's no defecon levels here, not even DefCon 5. Put me at DefCon 75 maybe in terms of panic for the Washington commanders.

They're going to be a okay.

But let's go ahead and get into the WNBA playoffs because last night was the final day of the regular season.

So we now have our bracket set.

The eight teams are in the playoffs and the path to the championship coming up next month.

And just for those who might not be familiar with this, because the WNBA feels like they tweak the playoff format every single year.

And this year, they have tweaked the format once again.

For those who might not know, the first round, which begins on Sunday, that is a best of three format, and it is one-one-one.

So much for being carbon-sensitive there, but it's a one-one-one format as the higher seed will host game one, lower seed gets game two, and then the higher seed would host a game three if necessary so that is the first round of the playoffs which once again begin on sunday the semifinals are a best of five a two to one format and then the finals for the first time ever is now a best of seven for the w nba finals and it's similar to the NBA finals format of 2-2-1-1, which the higher seed hosting

games one in games two, game five, and then game seven, if necessary.

So before we get into the series-by-series betting for the first round, I wanted to just

get into who actually makes sense to win the WNBA title because we were in the lab last night,

working on the scene, like watching Green Bay Packers, Washington commanders, also in the lab,

like getting my WNBA stuff ready to roll for the playoffs.

Like, this is kind of what we do.

It's that time of year and we try to make as much money as possible.
