trip. All right. So hey, when you came in, you got this card, a little postcard. I hope you

got it. Get it out. What I want you to do, I was going to end with this, but I can't figure out

how to do that. So I'm going to tell you now, grab this postcard and what you were going to do is write a thank you card to somebody that has that has

poured into your life all right and you've got the whole sermon time to do it so you got a good two

hours to get this thing done and I know there's only room for like two sentences or whatever

but just just write it I know you

can text them too but this is just better and you've got enough time to like figure out where their

address is Google that or whatever and write that down and then at the end of the service you're just

going to drop this and one of the giving boxes on your way out and then we will mail it for you and so

I'm I'm going to write mine to Dr. Paul.

Lars Peterson, another elder, has probably been the most influential man in my life over the last six years.

But Dr. Paul has been the most inspirational man in my life in the last six years.

And what we are talking about today is Paul's words to Timothy.

And Paul is essentially going to say, I have poured out my life, and it is worth it. And as I look at the life of Dr. Paul, at least the last 10 years

of his life, the part that I've known him for, and particularly the last six as we launched this church,

I see a man who has poured himself out for the gospel of Jesus Christ,

and I don't know a man that disciples more people than our very own Dr. Paul.

And so I'm going to say thank you in this.

I know I just said it, but I'm going to write it to you too.

And I want you to do the same thing.
