0:09.5	So glad that you have decided to worship with us. Now, I know that you are super stoked to hear a sermon on fasting, aren't you?

0:42.2	fasting and I just felt like I hit a roadblock and I did I was like what have we going to talk about
0:46.4	fasting this week and then I feel like the Lord maybe gave me an idea and so I will talk about
0:53.0	fasting but it'll be next week tune in to one of the divos and either Monday or so I will talk about fasting, but it'll be next week, tune in to one of the DeVos,
0:56.6	and either Monday or Tuesday I'll talk about what fasting is and why we do it and all those
1:00.2	kinds of things.
1:02.4	But the thing about fasting is this.
1:03.9	Fasting very simply is just telling your flesh no to make room to hear Jesus as yes.
1:09.6	That fasting is
1:10.8	stepping into the pain
1:12.8	with Christ to remind
1:14.8	us of the part that pain
1:16.7	plays in the gospel
1:18.9	to glorify him.
1:21.0	And we do fast from things
1:22.8	like sugar
