Amen and amen. Hey, welcome to the church of 1122. If you got your Bibles, and I hope you do,

we're going to be in John chapter 15, John chapter 15 for the majority of the sermon. And hey,

I'd like to welcome you here today. We're at a bit of a crossroads in a very positive way. You see,

we're in the eighth week of an eight-week series that we call ecclesia, where we're talking about this ecclesia.

Ecclesia is just the word that Jesus used back in Matthew, the book of Matthew, for the word

that we translate church.

Now, church comes from an old German word that means the Lord's house, but Jesus didn't

use that word.

He used the word eclia, which means movement. He took the disciples to Cessivria of Philippi, which was like Sin City, and at the gates of hell, literally the gates of hell, after Peter said that Jesus was the Christ, the son of the living God, then Jesus said, he changes his name to Rocky and says, upon this rock, the public profession, yet Jesus is the Christ, the Son of a living God, I will build my ecclesia or my church,

and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. And so for the last eight weeks,

we have been talking about who we are as a church. And we spent four weeks talking about our

core values, biblical integrity, Christ-like character, spirit-led courage, and sacrificial love.

And then we're in the fourth week of the last four weeks talking about our vision statement as a church.

That we are a movement.

We get that word movement from the word ecclesia, that we are a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus.

And so today we're going to dive deep on what it means to deepen a relationship with Jesus. And so today, we're going to dive

deep on what it means to deepen our relationship with Jesus. And we were on the fifth day of a five-day

revival called Saturated. How many of you were here for at least one night of Saturated? Raise your hand.

Praise God, right? Five times. Some of you got a years with the church in one week, all right? So welcome. Glad you guys are here.

A bunch of my friends came in to preach. We had a worship night last night, and the goal was that we would just be saturated in the presence of God.

And so what we're doing today is those things come together. So if you're here today, you're the last day of saturated.
