Amen. Hey, welcome to the church 1122. If you got your Bible and I hope you do, we're going to be in Acts chapter 21. We are in week three of a four-week series called the prize, Acts 21. And as you're turning there, I want to update you on the restore project just a little bit. I know Pastor Jeremy showed us some pictures earlier, but I wanted to update you on where we are financially. Just a few weeks ago,

about 300 families had committed about half a million dollars. Our goal is 2.4 million. And so we had

some financial leaders in our church come to us and say, hey, we want to do something significant

about this. They gathered a bunch of friends and family in their homes and asked me to come

and lay out the vision of the restored project.

You saw the amount of families and children that we have here.

And almost on a weekly basis, we have to turn families away from our new gen experience because we just run out of room.

And so the majority of what the Restore project is all about back here is making room for more children to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

And so anyway, these 17 families that we are referring to as founding families, they got together.

And those 17 families raised are committed um 800 and let's see 8606000

17 families at 8006 thousand dollars amen right and if you're doing the math on that

real quickly and i think my family's in there so this probably like 16 gave like 800 and something

so uh so uh you you might begin to think,

well, you know, I don't think I'm in that tax bracket. And you're probably right. I understand. I'm not

either. But what those group of families, what they wanted to communicate is this and that I wholeheartedly

agree is these are some people that are leading the way in generosity in our church. And so at this

point, we've got about 320 families that have committed $1.3 million. And the large majority of that

is those founding families, so 17 families. And so we have the opportunity church to try to match what

those families did. So 17 families gave over $800,000.

Now, what we need is for the other 4,000 plus people that show up for our weekend services,

that we would match the other part of that.
