Amen and amen. If you would please stand for the reading of God's word. We are in the 28th week of the book of Romans. I will be reading Romans chapter 12 versus 9 through 21. God's word says this. Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil. Hold fast what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection,

outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the

Lord. Rejoice in hope. Be patient in tribulation. Be constant in prayer, contribute to the needs of the saints

and seek to show hospitality. Bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse them.

Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with one another.

Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.

Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God.

For it is written, vengeance is mind. I will repay, says the Lord. To the contrary, if your

enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink. For by so doing,

you will heap burning coals on his head do not be

overcome by evil but overcome evil with good may god add blessing to the reading and the hearing of

his word amen and you may be seated so we are diving into what some people say now finally in

Romans we're getting to the practical part and I've heard

people say before honestly not very many 1120 tours but I've heard people say something to the effect

of well I'm not really into theology I'm into practicality which I would say well all good theology

is practical and any any practice without right theology will lead to malpractice.

And so, so far, we've got 11 chapters of right theology that lead us to right doxology.

In other words, our response to glorify God.

And what Paul is laying out here is not a to-do list. This is very, very

important to understand. In fact, the longer you've been in church, the more likely you will see

these 30 exhortations as a list of things that you better get to work on. And if you do that,
