It's very, very important that you've got them.

But also, part of the reason it's important for you to have this book in your hand

is just in case you weren't here last week, or in case you didn't watch it online four times to memorize everything we talked about, which I know is like six of you in here. It reminds us of everything that God is doing in us and through us and to us. And so if you're like, what in the world is this before all things? We are in week two of a five-week teaching series called Before All Things,

and it's really rooted in the fundamental, really like the foundation of the gospel,

and that is the preeminence of Christ.

And a part of what we're doing as a church in declaring that he is before all things,

that fleshes itself out in our experience and four

incredible opportunities, and they're right here. I want to just remind you of what God is calling

us to do as a church. The first one is this, is that in this before all things, generosity

initiative, it's primarily about discipleship, that our number one goal is 100% participation.

And that begins even in these services.

That means every single person needs to get out their book.

That includes you men too.
