Isaiah was born. There was a lot of stuff going on.

Michelle had been in labor for almost 40 hours.

When he first came out within 30 seconds, they knew something was wrong.

They whisked him away and we didn't know if he'd ever see him again.

As he passed by, he saw a man blind from birth, and his disciples asked him,

Rabbi, who sinned this man or his parents, that he was born blind?

Jesus answered, it was not that this man sinned or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him.

There was about an hour in between where we didn't really know what was going on. And I went out and my dad and one of my good friends was out in the waiting room and I'm explaining things to them and they're like, how are you holding up right now?

I don't know.

I just need to open up the Word of God.

And I was at the end of John 8.

I remember and I started with John 9 and the first three verses came up and it's the story about Jesus telling the disciples that this man that was born blind didn't do anything wrong.

His parents didn't do anything wrong. His parents didn't do anything wrong. It's just that the works of the father can be displayed through him. And right then, I remember

I had big eyes. I looked at my dad and my buddy Wes and I said, guys, there's the answer right

there. There's nothing wrong with Isaiah. Whatever comes back, whatever's going to happen.

When he comes back, this boy's not broken. He is exactly the way lord meant him to be and i didn't know what was coming back

we didn't know it was a we didn't have an early diagnosis of down syndrome so that was still coming
