0:30.6	once you know, pastors have to have various difficult conversations.

0:37.8	end of a difficult conversation with the pastor. On one occasion, there was a difficult
0:42.4	conversation the pastor had to have because there was somebody in the choir that could not sing.
0:50.9	In fact, so bad that it threw off all the other members.
0:55.5	The choir director goes to the pastor and says,
0:57.5	Pastor, I've tried to have the conversation.
0:59.6	Could you please talk to Mr. Jones and let him know that he can no longer be in the choir?
1:05.9	We try to utilize him.
1:07.5	We try to make it work, but it's not going to happen.
1:10.7	Pastor goes and meets with Mr.
1:12.9	Jones, talks about other service opportunities in the church, maybe just move him around on the bus.
