Amen. Amen. Welcome to the Church of 1122. My name is Pastor Ryan Britt. It's my honor to share God's word with you today.

If you have your Bibles, go ahead and grab them. If not, you have your notes, grab those. We've got scripture in there.

we want you to have the scriptures accessible and we want you to know them so I don't know how you

grew up and I don't know where you grew up but I grew up on a farm and I know I look like a manly

man that can do all kinds of awesome farm stuff but it's true. You know, most people who grow up on farms,

they learn how to do cool stuff like change their oil or use a hammer. I can't do any of those

things. But growing up on a farm, you know, we had these things in my family, and if you're under

25, you're probably not going to know what this, you can probably not have heard this word before,

but when I grew up, we had this thing called chores. And chores are things that your parents made you do. And they would write lists of

things that you had to do and you had to do them. And if you didn't have to do them, there was a

serious consequence. You know, when I grew up, it wasn't like, you know, my dad would tell me

to do something and then he would just go do it know, my dad would tell me to do something,

and then he would just go do it for me instead. I actually had to do that thing. And one of my least favorite, not even one of, my least favorite chore was cutting the grass because I lived

on a 300-acre farm. And there's a lot of grass. And so the majority of my childhood into my teen years, I spent my

summers riding around cutting grass all by myself. I had two options. I had a little red murdy

riding lawnmower with like some janky bicycle handles. And then I had like a John Deere tractor

with a bush hog. That has nothing to do with pigs. It's about grass cutting.

Just trust me. I had to drive it around and so I spent a lot of time by myself on these machines cutting grass.

Now all this time by myself explains an incredible amount about me and how insanely crazy I am.

But secondly, when I had all this time, there was something I would do to fill the time.

And what I would do is I would sing.
