Chapter 25. Exodus chapter 25. As we continue in our study of the book of Exodus, we're moving into

kind of the third part of Exodus, which leads us to a new series, and we're calling it

Worship Matters. And the reason is because we're going to talk about matters of worship, but also because worship really matters. And there's a couple of ground

rules that you just got to know that we all worship something and that we were created to

worship. And it really matters. What we worship and who we worship and how we worship really

matters because what we worship shapes us and what we worship

reveals what's most important to us and all of us whether you believe in God or not we

worship something we ascribe worth to stuff and um I saw this very clearly yesterday not

not in a negative like idolatry kind of way at all, but just

all of us worship things.

Like if you've got a favorite sports team, you worship them, meaning when they do good,

you go, yay, team.

So my team, when my team does good, we literally sing glory, glory to old Georgia, all right?

And it is a religious experience, all right?

So it's okay. Well, yesterday, I had the

opportunity to play at the Tim Tebow Celebrity Golf Tournament, all right? And what you saw there,

first of all, it was a little nerve-wracking, because normally when I play golf, I'm used to,

like, three people watching me, not like hundreds. And so these hundreds of people gather around

at Sawgrass, and we walk up on 17,

and there's a gallery.

And I don't know, like, I'm not good.
