Morning church, it's good to see. You look great. Hope you feel great. Grab your Bibles. We're in Acts chapter 18. If you don't have a Bible, there should be one in front of you in the seat back. That's yours. You can have that.

three weeks but after this paul left athens and he went to Corinth. One of the things that hopefully you're

picking up on as we study the book of Acts is that Paul didn't really stay anywhere very long. You

notice that? He's just on the move. And no matter where he is, he's there on one mission, one

purpose. And that's to make disciples, to date the gospel, wherever he is. So Paul's mission field

is just where he is, wherever he is. And so after this, Paul

left Athens and he went to Corinth, verse two. And he found a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontius,

recently come from Italy with his wife, Priscilla, because Claudius had commanded all the Jews to

leave Rome. And he went to see them. And because he was of the same trade,

he stayed with them and he worked for they were tentmakers by trade. If you've ever heard of that

phrase being a tent maker before, this is where it comes from. It just means that Paul was

bivocational. A lot of church planners, when they start off, you know, they got to have two jobs,

deliver pizzas or something to pay the bills while they preach the word. And I'm a little more blessed than Paul because I don't

have to deliver pizzas. This is like my full-time gig. But Paul started out by vocational. Later on in

his ministry, he has enough support to not do that. Verse four. And he reasoned in the synagogue every
