or they'll put it on the screen for us as well.

We heard the children recite to us that to us a child is born, unto us a son is given.

John 316, such a familiar verse with many church goers, says,

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Christmas has been greatly commercialized and a lot of people don't have any idea of what it's about.

It's a holiday that has become about merchandising, but it's appropriate to give gifts during this time because it marks we celebrate when the greatest gift was given to us.

And we, every person must decide in their own heart what they believe about this.

And the account of the scripture is that Jesus was born without an earthly father.

He was born supernaturally, miraculously, by a virgin birth, and that he was given for the salvation of mankind.

And so the question is, why did that happen?

Why did he come?

Why was he given? The scripture tells us, it answers it multiple

times. One of my favorites is John 1010. John 1010 says the thief comes not, but for to still

kill and destroy, Jesus said, I am come that they might have life

and that they might have it more abundantly. Why did he come? That we might have life. The amplified,

I like that version of it.

It says that Jesus said, I came, that they may have and enjoy life

and have it in abundance to the full till it overflows.

Is it God's will for you to enjoy life?

And have a full life to the full till it overflows?

Also, the scripture says concerning Jesus, John 1246, he said, I am come a light into the world that whosoever believes on me should not abide

in darkness.
