I'm Pete joined by Mike and yesterday got some bad news on LeBron.

His ankle injury in Dallas is going to keep him out for a little bit.

How long that's going to be is going to be determined, but for the near future the Lakers are going to be without him.

And in a season with five and a half weeks left on a team that is brand new in so many ways

and has been trying to find its footing really for three seasons,

that it's big news, right?

And before we get into the implications of that and all

the moving parts of that though I just wanted to acknowledge something is that

that happened late in the third quarter and LeBron said something to the effect after it happened.

I heard something pop.

And then after that, he went out there on that ankle and scored 11 points in the fourth quarter.

I helped deliver a huge road win for the team.

So I just want to want to acknowledge that Mike.

He put himself out on the line helped us get a big win and just thank you
