Hey everybody, Dean Graziose, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom.

Did you get the chance to see that live webcast with Matt and I the other night?

Wow, was that amazing? I'll talk more about that in a minute.

But today, on this Weekly weekly wisdom I want to talk about

confidence you know without confidence nothing works I don't know if you remember

dating when you were younger or maybe you're dating now if you have no confidence it doesn't work

if you go into a job interview with no confidence it doesn't work if you want to

get somebody to do something for you help you with something go see a movie if you do it with no confidence things just don't work

But I've really been going deep on this whole confidence thing lately and I and I you know the other night if you watch the webcast at the end I talked about

Confidence starts with a commitment.

And so if you work backwards from confidence,

it starts with a commitment, commitment to lose weight,

a commitment to make money, a commitment to make money,

a commitment to make money with real estate and get the education.

Commitment after that you make a commitment to do it, not dabble, then comes the courage.

Now I don't have confidence yet, but I'm courageous. I'm going to push forward no matter what and once you have the courage

Then you start gaining the capabilities like the other night in the live cast the opportunity to get those capabilities or if you've gone to a live event,

or been through our success academy, you're gaining the capabilities.

So after you commit to it and you're courageous and you get the capabilities, then you gain the confidence.

The confidence doesn't come until the end.

And when confidence begins, that's when the results start.

And that's just an evolution that took me years to figure out.
