So, you know, I was like, all right, you know what, me and my wife, we're not going to do that.

You know, it's just too much headache, right? But now, you know, we have real estate, we have, you know,

education for real estate, so still

very intertwined.

And, you know, I have social media stuff, and that's basically it.

And just really focused on that and expanding the reach on everything we do with real estate and education and

My life's a lot easier

It is and you're in a big market.

Yeah.

Real estate, people make billions of dollars from real estate. Yeah.

And eventually there's going to be people in your space who are leveraging social media there

already could be. I don't know too many of the players in the space,

who just make a killing through real estate. And what I mean by that is, I look at what you're doing as the stepping stone

to the bigger players who are doing like the reeds and all that kind of stuff, right?

Because like going out there leveraging social media, it's giving you a lot of clout.

You'll keep buying places, flipping apartment complexes, whatever it may be, you'll

continually make money from that. And then eventually, institutions will see it and instead of having to go get half a million

dollar checks or a million dollar checks from people you'll get people
