We are being created for perfection, we know in our souls this is all wrong. Our brains get twisted up trying to wrap sense around this and our emotions well-up while we work, fruitlessly it seems, to get others to see. Sometimes it can all make us feel crazy . . . and, what is the actual definition of insanity? A divorce from reality. In this episode I share with you a technique we can all use to assist our mental health as things seem to fall to pieces.

God tells us to understand the reality of our struggles. When we accept this reality, we can better receive the blessing of the Holy Spirit. Can you accept these unseen forces exist?
