We have to keep going places where we're inviting people to come along with us.

They're asking their people to show up in a particular way.

They have to be able to be that, right? You can't manifest a culture that is distinctly different

from who you are as a person when you're the chief executive. So if you want a culture

that is inclusive or that is innovative or that is safe for people to experiment

so that you can get it to grow and beat the odds, you have to be that person.

It's got to be the person.
