Hey everybody, thanks so much for joining us today at Wire Talk. I'm Sunny and I am so excited to be with you today.

I'm sitting here with Karen in her lovely office. Good morning Karen.

Thanks Sunny. Good morning. How are you?

I have to confess I am a little sad today because summer is over. Yes. And it went so fast. Yes. And this week begins the week of all weeks which leads us into our topic of today and

it's a big one.

It is so topic is how do I prepare for back to school?

I would like to prepare by not going back to school.

I know right?

I would like to rewind time and start a summer over because I feel like we missed it all.

It went so fast.

It did.

It went so very fast. But if we're going to be in it at least we need to know how to prepare for it, right? And if we're going to be in it, we're going to be in it together. That's right. That's right. That's right. Absolutely. All right. So we're going to jump right in you ready? I'm ready let's do it. Okay question number one my first child is starting kindergarten this year and I think we both are excited but nervous.

What are some things I can do to make sure he isn't nervous or scared?

Also, what are some things I can do to help me

with being a nervous wreck on the first day?
