You're saying your life is just crazy right now? Yeah I just um it's this thing

where I have so much to so many wonderful things to do and in my life and I'm super grateful for it

But it used to be slow and now it's speeding up, is what I wanted but I'm having a very hard time

Including myself

So I just I don't know I feel very overwhelmed this week, but I just in the car right here was kind of like telling myself. I was like I'm just all I need to do is be present at each place I'm at and then I'll move on.

I was telling Rob I just I checked off a lot of boxes this morning.

I took both my kids the pediatrician by myself this morning.

They both got shots.

Then I hosted a baby class in my house.

So a lot of people say they got to be present.

Do you have a way to be present?

Like some people will breathe, some people will meditate, some people will breathe while meditating.

I feel like I don't have time to like do something before.

Or do you just do it?

I just jump in.
