1:01.2	us an update on what's going on. Brent, yeah, thanks for having me. First off, I was excited to
1:05.5	do a follow-up here. I guess a lot was that fall 2020. A lot has happened since then and yeah,
1:12.1	I really scaled and systemized the business from when we when we started. I think like I was telling
1:17.6	you a little bit before we started recording here. Before taking your course, I was kind of
1:23.0	flailing around trying to do a bunch of different things at once. Had a couple builds going,
1:27.7	bought and sold a couple parcels, but I didn't have a systemized, repeatable business. I was
1:33.0	giving away way too much on both the building and the land because I didn't have much cash. Fast
