Summary

We’re in the thick of Winter, here in Pennsylvania. And there’s a lot we can learn from this season when it comes to relationships. Every season of a relationship comes with important ingredients that can make or break your relationship. If you aren’t aware of what the seasons bring, you won’t be able to USE them to strengthen your relationship. Today we’re talking about the season of Winter. It’s the season when things begin to cool off, and emotions begin to die down. It can be a season when people struggle with apathy in their relationship and feel like they’re stuck. There’s a type of frost that happens in relationships as well, it’s the frost of apathy. The Frost of Apathy in a Relationship Winter has some really important aspects that we need. It’s a season of comfort and familiarity. It’s a season of getting used to the mundane, and making the most of day to day life — because romance isn’t just about the grand gestures, it’s about the regular moments of life. But sometimes, this comfort can turn into apathy. Winter is a season that you pass through, not stay in. Seasons aren’t meant to be stayed in, they’re meant to be passed through. We’ve got to be able to take the right steps in Winter, or we’ll end up getting stuck in a relationship that has frozen over. Tune in to today’s episode as we talk about the frost of apathy in a relationship, and why it’s one of the most dangerous aspect of winter. We’ll also talk about HOW to get over the frost of apathy in a relationships, and three steps we can take to begin melting that frost as we continue our discussion on the four seasons of every healthy relationship, from my brand new book, Love In Every Season!
