That's not even the worst groan you've let out today, is it? No, it is not. It's not. The first five, ten minutes of being awake, you do not want to be around me. The good news is you woke up in time for the biggest news of the day, and we had a great show. Talk to a lot of great guests. Ken Rosenthal joins you here in just a few minutes. We had Dennis Lynn from the athletic, Andrew Baggerly. Our gold friend Carson Sastooley, who now works for the Blue Jays, talks about his path into that role. A very unique background for Carson, kind of the theme of the folks we spoke to during these winter meetings. Yeah, it's an action-pack show, honestly.

A lot of talking, a lot of texting to stay up on top of all this news. It is funny because you

walked by the other day and we said something like, it's dead. And you were like, what? It's dead?

Because your phone is not dead. And you were on your way to breaking the Edward Cabrera news.

So tell us a little bit about the market for Edward Cabrera and what's happening.

It sounds like maybe he's out there.

First of, you know, it was dead in terms of what things were actually happening.

Right.

But what I meant was, I still got to chase everything.

Right.

So anyway, Cabrera. So what we heard last night, I wrote this story with Will Salmon

was basically that things are progressing with him, that the Marlins are kind of advancing

the talks.

The Orioles are one of the teams in.

There are others as well.

I'm not sure exactly who those teams are. So it seems to me that Cabrera is the guy that the Marlins are going to trade. And he is someone who has been hurt a lot. He is someone that when he is healthy, you know this, you write about this, he's really good. Yeah. He has all the stuff plus things. Everything's good. Command plus.

Some poor command, man. Yeah, that's true.
