I just love the season. I feel like Thanksgiving was just here. It's true.

December is flown. Yeah. And I still have evidence of that because I haven't lost

so Thanksgiving weight, so. No. I went on a run on Sunday morning before church and

my time was so slow. So slow. I couldn't go on a run. I could go on a roll.

Okay. I want to talk about you. I have a really good friend named John Gordon. He kind

of pressures you each year to give a word for the next year.

It's because he has this theme. I think he has a book called One Word or something like

that. He kind of really popularized this whole one word thing. Okay.

And so every year he'll text me or Instagram or tweet. There's one goal. What's your

one word, Irwin? What's your one word? And I'm a little defiant. I'm a little rebellious.

So I would never give him one word. And I'd say, John, I can't limit my life to one word

or I'd one sentence or I'd give him two words or three words. And this year he posted

an Instagram. What's your one word for 2022? And I know I was going to do something snarky

or just sort of humorous, but a word exploded in my brain.

I will say that word to the end. But I had to respond because I felt like it just filled
