Hi everybody and welcome to podcast episode 378.

And it comes to you this week from location from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, 15 and a half inches of snow on the ground.

lifelong traveling companion and my bride Jennifer hello hello Michael what's the

temperature I don't know what is it 5 sixteen, thirteen. I think it's about seven

degrees above zero. And we are coming to you from our snowy but plowed out campsite at

Tukamanan Falls State Park in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The closest city is... Paradise.

That's really its name. And it isn't it it is a paradise it's

it's lovely up here yep uh ten miles that way is paradise it's on the shoreline of lake superior

beau is in the RV and you might hear him barking those of you listening to just the audio

version of the YouTube version of the

and the show notes will have photos of much of what we're talking about. So you'll get lots of

info. We are big time winter campers. We love it.

This is, in fact, we figured this out.

For John and May, it's our 10th time camping in January in the snow in the Upper Peninsula.

And I want to do it again next year.

And I say this every year and it never works out.

I want to come up midweek, like Tuesday through Friday before everybody who has to work during the week comes.
