over the years, but I don't really I cursed me. I always liked to interview people and ask I don't really know a ton about your background. Other than I remember we had high school photos and you were at

military school. And I'm going to ask you about that because I imagine that was an interesting experience. But before that, did you grow up in Philadelphia? Is that right?

I grew up mainly in Philadelphia just outside of Philadelphia called Admin Chin.

Born to Admin Chin Hospital grew up at North Hills and my grandmother's house between there and mouth area and different parts of Philadelphia.

And the city, at least, you know, I wasn't a bad kid. So to speak, but I had the potential to be really bad or really great. And I was very down the path that was it wasn't going to be very great in society.

You know, the part of my environment was not conducive for a great deal of success. So to speak, you know, my grandmother did the best she could.

My mom worked for different jobs is to keep everything going in our households. She provided the best for us.

But, you know, without that a strong, strong enough male figure in my life for 15 year old, 16 year old kid time.

It was it was it wasn't there. You know, my grandfather was older, but he wasn't necessarily my father.

So it was really difficult for me to be a geared in the right direction in terms of going to school and knowing what to do in terms of working out and just really taking on a more proactive role in terms of my development and both as an athlete as a student and really a very human being.

So, you know, my mom made a hard decision to send me to 14 military Academy.

All right. So before we get to four union, were you always a good athlete? You're obviously a big guy now. Were you always a big kid? Do you remember?

No. Any kind of a yeah. Like when you were young, did you play sports? Like what? How would you do a sort of characterize yourself as a kid from an athletic perspective?

Well, athletic perspective, I was I was a good football player. Not not exceptionally great wasn't really necessarily big. I used to my growth spurt until I was like in the 10th grade. I grew like like six inches overnight. It seemed like I was like five into the ninth grade. I was like five six hundred and 40 pounds.
