You know, it's kind of a crazy time right now and trying to figure out exactly what's going on in the courts and with gun

cases and the Supreme Court and the Department of Justice and Trump.

And it's like you're going, yeah, it's good news, but it's blurry.

It's crazy.

And then we still have some of the lower courts who are recalcitrant, shall we say?

Let me bring in Hannah Hill.

She is vice president of the

Naggers, actually the legal arm, National Association for Gun Rights. Hannah, you were just posting

something online as we're talking right now about a case coming out of the Tenth Circuit where

we're not from the Tenth. It went all the way to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court said,

you got it wrong. Go back and do it again. And the Tenth Circuit says, yeah, no, actually, we think we did it right.

We're just going to ignore the Supreme Court.

What's going on?

Right.

So it's actually the whole question of whether a nonviolent felony should actually

permanently strip away your gun rights.

Now, to an ordinary person, you know, there's absolutely no reason that it should.

That's just common sense, right?

But that's kind of been the law for a long time.
