This is Unbuckle Chinstrap and I'm your host Paul Rabel.

This week's guest is my first player who does not play in the

PLL. She plays in the WPLO, that's the women's professional lacrosse

league and her name is Alex Ost. Not only a star-studded attacker for the Pride and Team USA, but she's taken

her game to social and she's now influencing people across all of her social mediums, not only

young but older men's and women's lacrosse players on what it's like

to be a full-time professional athlete.

And I'm calling it right now.

follow her on Tik-Tok. I think if she keeps up her cadence she is going to be a

very famous Tik-Tocker and that could also put our sport on the map. So keep doing it Alex. In addition to all that on the show we talked

about her being recruited to Maryland when she first started playing basketball and picked up a stick and

became really good at it. Then how she helped the team win a national championship

her freshman year.

And she was on the losing end, her senior year.

That was a lot of what I experienced in college.

And we talk about her morning routine

and most importantly, her and her colleagues efforts to push the women's

lacrosse game into the spotlight. So let's get right to it. Here's Alex
