Summary

Winners take responsibility. Bob and Chad talk with Dr. Brent Thiel about what winning looks like for an orthopedic surgeon. They discuss the different challenges from all of the schooling, the experiences along the way, and the opportunity to see someone's life change in a heartbeat. Through it all, a winner perseveres through tough challenges and accepts responsibility when things happen, and things always happen.
