On September 24, 1977 in Claremount County, Ohio, a man named Larry Ralston offered a ride

to three 15-year-old girls.

A ride that seemed innocent enough until he drove to

Round Bottom Road, blocked the passenger-side doors with a nearby embankment, and seized the

opportunity to rape the trapped young girls who thought the stranger driving them was a kind man.

The victims managed to escape two hours later when a car happened to approach,

and by October 19, 1977, Larry Ralston was indicted on three counts of rape and three counts
