First of the breaking news in Los Angeles where the races on to get raging

wildfires, raging wildfires under control. Right now, crews are battling three major fires

as strong winds threatened to reverse progress made over the weekend. About 60 square miles of

L.A. County have already been charred by the outbreak.

This is an area larger than the city of Paris.

Officials now say the Eaton and Palisades fires, both rank among the top five most destructive

in California's history.
