If you have your Bible with you, I want you to open to Samuel, 2nd Samuel chapter 6 and verse 20.

And it says the following, then David returned to bless his household.

And Michael, the daughter of of Saul came out to meet David and she said how glorious was the king of Israel today uncovering himself today in the eyes

of the maids of his servants as one of the base fellows shamelessly uncovering himself most of you probably have heard

this story before and a story goes like this that king david becomes a king and because of his

passion for the presence of god he decides to bring the Ark of God into Jerusalem. At first time

he does that, Uza tried to help the Ark of God. It slipped and Uza died. And then the second

time David realized the Ark of God needs to be carried on the shoulders of the priests instead of

the new carts, which Philistines invented, he puts the priest to bear the

ark, and David, who could have easily sat in his house and just watch the whole procession

of how the ark is being carried and just enjoy the whole thing or get a DVD, you know,

footage off of it. David comes down from his throne, know, footage off of it.

David comes down from his throne,

goes in the middle of that procession,

removes his kingly garments,

and joins people just like everyone else,

dancing, clapping, shouting,

and getting excited for the things that God is doing in Israel.

His wife, Michael... shouting and getting excited for the things that God is doing in Israel his wife Michael she's watching all of this most likely from the balcony of their home has a

really good view of what's happening and when the king comes into the house she

gives him her opinion of how everything happened. And she says
