meditation from the word of God I'm Melissa Disney Jesus spent a lot of his time comforting his disciples in fact he told his disciples in

John 1427 peace I leave with you my peace I give to you not as the world gives I give to you.

Not as the world gives I give to you.

Don't let your heart be troubled.

Neither let it be fearful.

Let's relax and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Feel different parts of your body switching off.

Relax your toes and feet.

Focus on your legs.

Let tension dissolve away.

Feel your lower back and abs, switching off.

Now your chest and upper back.

Feel the tension melt away.

Let your shoulders, arms, hands and fingers, relax and shut down.

Finally, your face, eyes, and mouth.

Relax them and find yourself starting to drift off.

Father God, I come before you and ask that you would touch me now.

Give me that peace that surpasses all understanding.
