I apologize.

This is going to be kind of a long email. I'm an avid fan of your podcast and I wanted to share

my story with you. I was stationed in New Mexico while I was in the military. I fell in love with

the mountains and all of the animals that called him home.

I never seriously backcountry hunted then, but I was dreaming about it.

So I was planning a DIY black bear hunt back in New Mexico this year.

And preparing for that hunt, I found your podcast at the beginning of 2021. I think I've listened to every episode, some more than

once. As I typed this email I'm preparing to head back home from my Black Bear Hunt. This was the most amazing experience

I think I've ever had. Other than meeting my wife, L-O-L-O-L-L-L-L. It was unbelievably hard and mentally tasking, but the most rewarding experience.
