I think from my experience in my lifetime that what you do in the morning is the most important part of our day.

What we decide to do before anybody else,

first thing in the morning is the most important part of the day. I remember some odd years ago

reading a book by Brian Tracy called Eat the Frog. And it really resonated with me because I had just been living my life that way anyway.

And the premise of the book, I'll save you from reading it if you don't have time,

is that you do the hardship first thing in the morning.

If you get the hard thing out of the way, then the rest of the day is easy.

And so I've always looked at it that way as well.

Hardest part for most of us is just waking up.

Especially you get the older we get, the more tired.

I woke up this morning.

My back's killing me, right?
