Hey, hey, hey, Oscar survivors. We did it.

And my name is Doug and I love Minis.

This is Doug Las Minis.

The show that is leaving soon to go to the airport, to fly to New Orleans,

to do a show tomorrow night, specifically Douglas movies at Cafe Istanbul,

and then leave Wednesday on a cruise with the band Train, coming to you from DLMHQ on Monday on Monday, March 5th, the day after the Oscars. And boy, do I have an Oscar hangover, which means I feel

fine because I watched the show at home and didn't drink.

I ended up getting 17 out of 24, which is all right.

Could win an Oscar pool if I was in one, but I just picked my winners and declared them on comedy

film nerds and on my Periscope and Twitter, which I have now deleted. So it was an okay

year for me. I really got tripped up by those short films the docs the live

action and the animated shorts i saw all of them all 15 of them and did not get one out of

if didn't get any out of three, uh, correct. Got thrown curveballs on all

of those. They're just so hard to predict. It's so hard to know. I don't know why predicting the

feature-like films is so much easier, I guess because they're just more talk about them and more of a vibe, you know.

But more and more people are seeing all the shorts, which is great.

And I look forward to doing that again next year because I liked a lot of the shorts.
