Today I want to talk to you about how you can win the war in your mind.

Now first, I want you to think about what is going on in your mind?

What are you thinking about most of the time?

What do you think about when you close your eyes

at night and you lay down? What's the first thing on your mind when you wake up in the morning?

See, whatever you think about the most is the direction your life will go. Your life moves in the

direction of your most dominant thoughts. I've heard Joyce Meyer say where the mind goes,

the man follows, right? Well, I remember hearing this quote years ago that says,

you will never outgrow warfare. You must simply learn to fight. With pink gloves, of course.

Now the key word in that statement is you. You will never outgrow warfare. You have to learn to

fight. Now my personality is the type that says, can't we all just get along? I mean, even where

the devil's concerned, why does he have to be so mean? But I've had to learn to fight the war in

my mind and I'm going to show you how today. In fact, let me tell you a

story about an 83 year old woman who was dying in a hospital bed. She was pale as a ghost,

covered with IVs, didn't even recognize the face of her own son, and through just a whisper,

she leaned over to the nurses and she repeatedly said,

I've been a bad little girl. I've been a bad little girl. Now, they never knew why she said it,

but it broke their hearts to hear this. That elderly woman was tormented by memories she'd

never forgotten. Well, she had gotten pregnant before marriage as a young girl.

But here it was six decades later,

and she was still tormented by the agony of what she went through,
