you become afraid, not because of what is happening in the world,

but you get disconnected inside your own body through the wrong chemistry accumulated.

A cold shower will be able to break through, disconnect from the world and get back into deep feeling.

I agree with you. We gotta get the whole world taking control of their health.

You don't need a pill.

You need a practice is what you need.

And I'm convinced that we are able to make this world a paradise.

Because if we live according to the rules of love and sharing together and living

together, we will change this system. It's time that we wake up within ourselves through these
