Hello and welcome to Sky Talkers. I'm your host Charlotte.

Hey everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin,

and welcome to this week's episode where we are not talking about Star Wars, but we are still talking

about Lucasville. We're talking about Star Wars. In a small way. We are here to talk about

Lucasfilm, Willow, the new show that just came out, our experience at the premiere, a little bit of the

history, all that good stuff. And I'm excited because I am a new Willow fan.

Yes. Honestly, I am too. I've seen the movie. I watched the movie a long time ago.

And I liked it. My parents really liked it. And I've always talked about how much they liked it.

So I've been aware of Willow for a long time, but Caitlin and I are both relatively new Willow fans.

And as people who are Lucasfilm fans, probably in a really big way, it was fascinating to dive into the history.

And I'm excited to share that and talk through the movie, what we liked about the movie, the original movie from 1988, and then also the new show, which we both really like.

So maybe we should start with the new show and talk about how we're recording this on Sunday,

December 4th.

And about four days ago, we were in Los Angeles for a quick 24-hour trip to go to the Willow

premiere in Westwood, Los Angeles.
