Hi Ned, I realised it didn't send anything yesterday, after two outrageous mountain stages.

I mean, I think it's great that, you know, people were writing off Pogaccia after the

first one and then to come back swinging and the second one was from a spectator's point

of view, I think it's perfect.

I mean, you know, the speed they were going on the tourmalade was actually insane.

I was well in the group at that point, but now for me, those sort of days are just getting

round as easy as you can, obviously it's never easy, but I think I did a good job of saving

as much energy as possible and then, yeah, today was not the nice lead out, but stressful

man.

The bunch of prints are very stressful, it's just so many bodies everywhere, it's quite

hard to get it right, but yeah, I went around the last corner with Phil and where I wanted

to be, but he sort of just needed one more guy just to keep it the momentum, because that's

what it's all about in these prints, as soon as you lose your momentum, whenever I was

going like 70 kmh, it's pretty crazy, but yeah, tomorrow's looks like the first day for

me really, I'd say, maybe, see what the brakes say, and it could be a big one, or it could

be controlled for potentially a harder sprint, so yeah, looking forward to tomorrow.

Brother Cadal has left us, Cadal Evans, the former winner of the Tour de France in 2011,
