We still use people on all the teams, including the singers and players and a parking lot and cleaning and children's and visitation and on and on and on.

Just because you see places filled and occupied doesn't mean we don't want more people coming in.

The Lord dealt with us at least three deep in every position and rotate.

That way, more people get trained, more people get used, people get a break, and more people

get a reward.

Is that important?

It is.

There's more to serving God than just coming to church.

Turn with me, please, to two openings, Isaiah, the first chapter, and Ephesians, the sixth chapter.

Now, we begin a series a while back called willing and obedient. And everybody was excited about it. You remember? Oh, yeah.

And the Lord dealt with me about some of these things back when I was a boy.

And some of the first things he showed me in the word was along this line.

And as a young man in the ministry, and not that I'm old yet, but approaching middle age now.

But as a younger man, the Lord dealt with me to emphasize this a lot.

I've taught on it a lot.

And I knew it was important, but the further I go, the more important I see that it is. It's much more important than I even thought.

Isaiah 1. Let's tell you what, let's pray, then we'll read.

Father, we agree together right now, asking for utterance, asking for the anointing,

asking for the moving and manifesting of your presence,

your Holy Spirit, your Holy Angels. Help us to see and hear exactly what you would say to us.

Show us answers and direction, a supply of the Spirit, strength, work in us to will and do of all your good pleasure,
