To Isaiah, first chapter, they'll put it on the screen for us.

For some weeks, we've been on a subject.

We're calling willing and obedient.

Does the Bible say anything about willing and obedient?

In the first chapter of Isaiah, verse 2, Isaiah 1, verse 2, says, here, oh heavens, give here, O earth, for the Lord has spoken.

I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.

This is my language

But I believe this is a sore spot with God

God's a person

He has feelings

In fact he's a whole lot like us he's a whole lot like us.

Now when you say that, people would go, no, no, brother Keith.

Are we or are we not made in the likeness and image of God?

Then would it be right to say we're a lot like him? We're made in his likeness and image of God, then would it be right to say we're a lot like him?

We're made in his likeness and image.

Well, if we're a lot like him, if we take two of these chairs here and we say, this chair is just like this chair.

But this chair is nothing at all like this chair.

Doesn't work. doesn't work. It doesn't work.

If you read the scriptures, you'll see God can be mad, he can be glad, he can be pleased,

he can be hurt, he can be vexed. That sounds like you.

Right?
