I'm Robbie Knox and I'm the landlord of the Moon Underwater take a seat and order a drink while I explain this place's intricate workings.

This is where special guests come to design their very own dream pub.

I am the Moon Underwater's very own fairy godmother, aka landlord,

and whichever drinks our guests choose, whatever food they want,

or whatever vibe they decree for their pub, they will get.

I'm not the only inhabitant of these walls.

Joining me is my trusty regular, Mr. Dan Trellfer, always perching by the bar.

Been having a nice time in the realm?

I have.

I've been testing possible new food for the pub.

Oh, interesting.

I've taken on myself. Okay, because you were pushing your peacock farm for quite a lot, but peacock meat did not catch on here.

It's not caught on.

So I've just been eating lots of crisps.

Crisps.

And it's research for the pub.

Okay.

And I found out that ready salted, salt and vinegar and cheese and onion are all good flavors that people enjoy.

So that's my research for you.
